  This place is just fantastic, lovely food, friendly staff, plenty of things to see and do. I especially like to wander around the lake and stop and see the beautiful pheasants and other birds they keep.

  Love this place! Even though it can get really busy it still has a lovely peaceful feeling to it. The food is simple but delicious! The kids picnic baskets are perfect and the non-alcoholic chardonnay is a pregnant mum's dream! There are also a few short walks you can take around the farm or the lake.

  Lovely place, simple menu but very tasty. The kids platter is cute and food is very reasonably priced. Friendly staff that make you feel welcome. The shop products on offer are delicious with free taste tests available.

  Maggie Beer's Farm Shop was very very popular the day we went and it's easy to see why! All the products have tasters available and the staff are very generous with advice. The TV set for The Cook and the Chef is also open and was interesting to see how it just looks like a lovely country kitchen. Nice views over the lake too. A worthy stop of you're nearby.
